Everything went great

It was pretty easy and I'm very satisfied with the new vehicle.

Well I've been having trouble with my car for a few months now but they have kept me on the road to get to my job and I am grateful for that.

I stopped by Vaughn Motors in Bunkie to schedule an appointment for the issue I was having with my truck. The Service Department was very helpful by giving me several dates and times for me to choose from to bring it in. The problem was electrical so I thought I would loose my truck for at least a day. The Service Department called me around lunch time and said it was ready. Very Pleased with the people there, and if or when I need service again it will be Vaughn Motors

I had several things done to my truck, I arrived at the scheduled time and they immediately took it in. The service people were very friendly and explained approximately how long it would take and would call me when it was ready. When I returned to pick it up they told me what they did to my vehicle and asked if I had any questions. Very pleasant visit, no pressure no run around, very easy going.

The entire team was amazing to work with. From Rachel to Sam to Rich, finance and even the cashier, everyone was so incredibly wonderful. The vehicle itself is amazing, but the interactions with the Vaughn team made it that much better. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle.
