Visited dealership for an oil change/tire rotation. Wait time was minimal, lounge area clean and comfortable. Vehicle was ready in a short time. Very satisfied with wait time. However, when I got home I noticed a large puddle of oil under the vehicle. I notified the dealership, along with a picture of oil puddle. The dealership sent a technician to my home to investigate and correct the problem. It was some of the used oil that had collected on the skid plate. He cleaned the area and checked the oil. All good. All the staff were courteous and friendly. I feel the dealership went out of their way to address my concerns. Very satisfied with this dealership.
